▸ The article must not have been worn, or washed.
▸ By measuring hygiene, low and sticky can not be resumed or exchanged.

A return?
❶ On www.lingerie-sipp.fr | Log in to your customer account, heading My account ▸ Return a product.
❷ Indicate what you want (exchange, have, refund).
❸ Download your Colissimo return label.
Prepare your package:
You can reuse your carton if it is in good condition and drag the delivery note. Paste the return label on the package and drop it in a colissimo relay or post office.

When you return to return, indicate the new items you want to receive. We reserve them until receiving your return package. If the price of your exchange is lower than that returned, a refund will be issued.

Your credit is credited under 48 hours after receiving your return package.
Refund
Your transfer is effective within 14 days after receiving your return package. One Preferential package of 6 € will be deducted from your refund for return fees.
