How to follow my order?
When your order is passed, you receive a confirmation e-mail with an order number, a payment confirmation and delivery and billing addresses. You can then follow your order in real time via your personal space, heading "My commands".
What means of payment do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Paypal, Apple Pay, as well as payments in 3 or 4 times free via our Scalapay partner. All transactions are secure thanks to SSL encryption.
Is the payment secured at Lingerie Sipp?
Yes, your payment is fully secure. Thanks to the SSL protocol, your bank data are encrypted, and we never have access to your card information.
What are the shipping times?
We guarantee an expedition in 48 hours and, for certain products, in 24 hours (articles bearing the mention "sent within 24 hours"). Our articles may be present in our 4 shops in Alsace and sometimes must be repatriated at the seat before shipment, which justifies the 48 h.
What are the delivery times?
We deliver in 2 to 3 working days in France, and in 24 hours in Express via Chronopost. Delivery throughout Europe is available. The fees and deadlines are specified at the time of order.
Do you deliver outside France?
Yes! We deliver throughout the European Union as well as in the rest of the world. The shipping costs vary by country and are shown in your cart.
Can I return a lingerie item?
Of course. You have 14 days after receipt to request a return. The items must be unreported, unwashed and with their original labels. The return can be done in SIPP lingerie shop or via carrier with the return label provided (the same cost and supported according to conditions).
How is the refund of my articles?
Once your package returned and validated, the refund is made within 7 to 14 days depending on the chosen mode. If you opt for a credit, it will be credited to your customer account under 48 hours after receiving the return.
Can I return an online bought article in your physical shops?
Yes, you can reduce your items purchased online in one of our shops (Logelbach, Sélestat, Kingersheim, Vendenheim), upon presentation of the invoice. They must be in their original state (not worked, labeled).
Can I exchange an article against another size or model?
Yes, if the returned item is in perfect condition, we propose an exchange according to the stocks available. If the new model is more expensive, you will need to adjust the difference; If it costs less, you will receive a credit or a refund of the difference.
What if I wish a partial return of my order?
You can return one or more items of your order. The refund will be made only for returned products, according to our usual conditions.
What are your return conditions?
To return your items, you have 3 options:
1 Exchange (return fees offered): Indicate the desired items during your request. We reserve them until your package back receipt. If the price is lower, the difference is refunded.
2 Have it (return fees offered): credited under 48 hours after receiving your return.
3 The refund: made within 8 to 14 days after receipt. A preferential package of 6 € is deducted for return fees.
How to return an article?
1 on www.lingerie-sipp.fr : Connect to your customer account> My account> Return a product.
2 Choose between exchange, have or refund.
3 Download your Colissimo return label.
4 Prepare your package: Reuse your cardboard if it is in good condition, insert the delivery note, paste the label and remove the Colissimo relay or post office.
Why choose a credit?
The duration of the assets is unlimited, they can be used at any time and are cumulative with the current promotions.
Can I ask for mediation in case of dispute?
Yes I do. For any unresolved litigation amicably, you can use the consumer mediation (CM2C) free of charge.
