Article 1 - Scope / Definitions

Article 4 - Conclusion of the sales contract

For shipments by mail, if the recipient is absent at the time of passing our transportation provider, the package will be deposited at a post office near the delivery address. For deliveries in one of the SO Colissimo network traders, the customer may remove the package at 10 business days on presentation of an ID and, in case of home delivery, the notice of passage. At the end of this period, unclaimed parcels will be returned to us. We also offer express delivery for some commands with Chronopost. If this service is offered, you will see it during the order process. The amount of shipping costs is shown in your shopping cart before validation and delivery takes 1 business day. Article 7 - Return of goods

We are committed to providing you with satisfaction for all our products and services. In accordance with the legislation in force, you have a period of 14 days, from the date of delivery, to request the exchange or reimbursement of your order at our e-commerce customer service (coordinates above)

- Back to shop LINGERIE SIPP :

The return to one of our shops in Logelbach, Sélestat, Kingersheim or Vendenheim is accepted only on the presentation of the invoice that you can print from "My Account".

This is only applicable for items returned in their original packages, in the new and unrealized state or used, unwashed and equipped with the original product label.

When you return to the store, we will offer you to choose from:

Article 8 - Terms of use of promotional codes

The stipulations of this article apply only to the discount coupons distributed for free.

SIPP Web can distribute coupons entitled to a price reduction of a purchase, or in absolute value, either as a percentage. Each reduction coupon specifies the minimum purchase amount, and the validity of the coupon limit. Some products and brands may be excluded from the benefit of discount coupons.
